Nicholas associated his law practice with the Buckwalter firm in 2015. With a background in psychology and mental health services, Nicholas is a compassionate attorney who strives to educate his clients so they can make informed decisions about their legal options and other life and business matters. He believes attorneys and clients should work in concert to achieve the client’s goals. Nicholas often spends evenings working as a mediator for the City of San Jose, helping people settle their disagreements outside of court. As an attorney and advocate, Nicholas is known for his ferocious pursuit of justice for his clients. He is active on both sides of the Santa Cruz Mountains, helping clients in Santa Clara County as well as Santa Cruz and Monterey. He is in the Aptos office most days, working closely with Phil to ensure a seamless transition. Nicholas enjoys spending time with his wife, Vanessa, and their great group of friends. He believes that a strong body fuels an active mind and loves competing on the soccer field.
