Phil founded the firm in 1986 as a general law practice representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of matters. His passion for the law and desire to help anyone who came to him for legal assistance ensured that the firm maintained a varied portfolio of clients and cases, even as he built a practice with estate planning and administration at its core. In 2009, Phil agreed to take responsibility for Richard Klein’s estate planning and corporate client matters upon Mr. Klein’s retirement, further concentrating his focus in these legal areas. As Phil hands over day-to-day operations to Nicholas and begins to transition into his own retirement, the firm is still assisting families, business owners, injured persons, and others. Nicholas is proud to carry Phil’s legacy of service forward, adding his own expertise to the firm’s tradition of accessibility.
